Our useful stickys and threads here are full of info, as well as other sites, there is plenty of free information to be found.
Each case varies so much a book wouldn't even begin to cover every aspect for each of us..

Unless you are looking for a medical based textbook - about the surgery and meant for more for Drs?

Post #1 linked below in the useful stickys - has many TOS docs sites that have info and various therapies and co conditions. It is a huge thread that does take quite awhile to get thru when exploring all the links.
