CS, thanks for your input. I've decided to buy a stationary bike and use that for my cardio exercise. I've been walking my dog everyday and that seems to be ok for now, but I'm taking care to tread softly. Maybe that doesn't make much of a difference, but I think if I consciously try and walk without slamming my heels into the ground it will help.

Kristy, thanks for the information. That's interesting about the vitamin D levels. My bloodwork and CT both came back completely normal. The CT coming back normal was not a surprise, I know I didnt have any traumatic injury recently, I guess it was more of a precaution. The blood work was normal, although I am not 100% sure exactly what was tested. I know vitamin B levels were tested as well as liver enzymes. I was pretty out of it a few weeks ago and just trusted what he looked at, I didn't look at it myself. My doctor is still convinced I had a mono-like virus that has caused these symptoms, but I dont know. He is a smart man and I trust him, but I don't know how a mono-like virus can cause me to have terrible symptoms one week, be fine the next with some rest and then be even worse after a night of drinking and dancing.

Things are slowly getting better. A week ago I wasn't able to fold laundry without feeling like I was going to have a heart attack or just drop dead. Going to continue to limit the impact of walking/running and hopefully continue to improve symptoms.

I am happy I'm getting better but still pretty frustrated that nobody has given me a concrete answer on this. Evidently there is a sports medicine clinic near where I live that specializes in concussions and PCS, so I've booked an appointment with them for 2 weeks from now (earliest I could get). Hope to get some more answers then.
