
Hi there, I can sure relate to what you're speaking of and also looks like you've got some helpful and supportive posters here on your side!!! I would just continue to try to take care of myself and do what's needed there, in terms of survival and health, but also I hope you will feel some relief trying other things, and although there are universals, every depressed person is unique. You can also check out Psych Central website, run also by Dr. John Grohol. There is a forum there for depression. As for your Soc Sec, I am figuring you know what you're supposed to do, in terms of psychiatric diagnosis, documentation, treatment, attorneys, etc. If not, it is easy to find out good info there, and many folks who've gone this route. I wish you all the best in your battle with depression. I know how tough it can be!
