Default MrsD Question...

Hi MrsD,
Are you back from vacation?

The reason I asked the last question about when vaccine injury symptoms could appear, is that I have just been diagnosed with vaccine injury due to Tdap and I have contacted the vaccine injury compensation program... I told them that I had the vaccine in July of 2010 and my first symptoms of small fiber neuropathy did not occur until March-April of 2011, he told me that I must file a claim within 3 years of first symptoms, I was diagnosed with idiopathic SFN until recently then came the diagnosis of SFN due to vaccine Injury, I explained to the compensation board that it took many years to finally get a diagnosis of vaccine injury, He said my greatest hurdle would be that my symptoms started about 8 months after receiving vaccine... But according to what I have read symptoms can start as late as that, do you have any literature that could help me in convincing the compensation board that vaccine injury , my SFN, can indeed happen month even years later? Thank you so much, Jan
