There is a great vitamin supplement thread at the top of this forum.
I focused on complex B (b6 and 12), curcumin (as a stand alone supplement; available through pharmaca.com

Never estimate food- raspberries, blue berries, pork/salmon, kale- can be though of feeding the brain. There was a posting of brain nutrition somewhere in this forum....
