Hi zephyr, welcome.
It's not
that low, and there's no telling how long its been there, or where else it's been (unless you have other previous tests), but... let me put it this way... it wouldn't hurt to take some B12 and get that number up higher. A lot of folks here take 1 - 5 mg (1000 - 5000 mcg) of methylcobalamin daily. Lots of info in MrsD's
