Yes--Nortriptyline + Gabapentin (aka Neurontin) is a combination that's been found to be effective against pain, more so than either drug alone! I had been on Nortriptyline alone with some pain relief; neurologist just added low dose of Gabapentin about three weeks ago, and the past two weeks have been my best period since symptoms started in April.
