I think you would start by contacting that dr and asking about that part of the report.
How it came to say that - perhaps even a simple typo/or word got added or left out b y the person typing the report.

I don't know if the dr actually did the report or if a staff member typed it out..

Maybe who ever proof read it didn't "see' that.
I would approach it in a friendly way, as in correcting a typo , that could influence things later on if not fixed..

Good luck it may take some talking ,if the dr is hesitant to make a change, you may need someone from home to confirm that drinking issues are not a problem as the report says.
