Now this makes me tend to think possible soft tissue cause of pain, do your hands or arms get heavy/ painful?
that is my major problem right there "jo-mar"..100%.now its getting to the point when that arm is in pain.try and do simple things around the house or anything for that matter with just "oneArm"
