Brent, So sorry you are having such a hard time. My back issues are in the Lumbar so my legs are very much affected. Before my prior surgery I had some bad herniated disc's and stenosis. The doc had me do three months of pool therapy hoping the disc would settle down. The therapy help to strengthen my legs and lower back but did not help with the pain. The therapy did help me to get back on my feet quicker after the surgery.

I think the Doc has a good point with talking to your doc and PT to see what would be the best next move.
