Nomad,

There is no way to use forces to determine injury. Every body is different. The upper neck injuries from whiplash make a head injury much worse.

A neuro will 99 out of 100 times say there is no 'neuro' because if he cannot image it or diagnose a problem with common neuro exam techniques. This does not mean you are not injured. Read the www.tbilaw.com and www.subtlebraininjury.com web sites. You will be better informed than most doctors who examine you for attorneys.

There is a world renowned specialist in whiplash at Oregon Health and Science names Micheal Freeman DC. He has studied the forces at a research level.

Injuries do not degrade without external influences like toxins, stress, illness, etc. Lack of diagnosis and treatment does not mean much except when you need to recover financially in litigation.
