My wife took a few months to realize that the me she sees now is not always going to be the me she sees in the next few minutes , hours or later that same day.

I have a constant headache that is tolerable on my meds, but with the current dosage of daily meds, I get no warnings of my Acute headaches, and when they hit can be down for hours to a couple days taking other meds.

Its nuts, but we must persist.

And my wife is doing so much better..........

Best Wishes.

Medication update: Topamax 200mg twice daily it seems to minimize daily headaches to a 1-2/10 quality(I still know they are there); and acute headaches erupt without warnings.
