Welcome...sorry you have the qualifications for this site, but it's wonderful for info, support and hugs.

I'm on both baclofen & clonapin. I find that clonapin makes me feel like a zombie and baclofen increases the fatigue. But it's also one of those symptoms that is prevalent on my list anyway.

Baclofen and clonapin are prescribed for spasticity for me, since I can't take zanaflex due to irregular heartbeat and low pulse.

Try your best to keep well hydrated and to force yourself to do something daily, whether it's a short walk, cleaning, something to keep your body moving.

Keep us updated, and hope you find the fatigue a temporary problem
