Welcome to NT! The fatigue is so hard to deal with for many of us. Our bodies have to work so much harder to accomplish simple tasks. Adding in some of the medications we take only increases that fatigue. Also, I become extremely fatigued while on IVSM and for a couple of weeks afterward. That may be what you are experiencing as well.

As for your eyes, it's hard to tell when the nystagmus will stop. For some people it's while they are taking the steroids and others it takes a month or more. I hope that yours stops soon as it is an annoying symptom.
