As things stand I have stopped the medication and am mostly ok.

The only annoying thing is that I now have a rushing noise/sensation in my ear. Hopefully this will go in time.

I am not sure if this is old tinnitus from the head injury or the Cymbalta withdrawal.

I read somehere that this could be blood flow and oneself hearing it, subsequently resulting in the rushing noise/sensation - it is a form of tinnitus.

I suppose this is peanuts compared to full blown PCS.

I thought I would never get better but now I am. No need for any medication and I have much to be thankful for!

Symptoms mostly resolved, working full time and I am now mostly better. I wake 6am daily since my injury. Was experiencing daily Neuralgia which was controlled with Cymbalta 30mg, Lyrica 200mg daily. Now only on 30mg Cymbalta.
