Just Breathe,....I think if it's normal for you it's normal.

I've had the same issues. Some days I can't even tolerate the sound of water running during the shower...other days I don't even notice it.

What I miss most is my music. I love listening to it but it irritates me so much now! Some days I just curl up on my bed, wrap a towel around my eyes, put in my ear buds and just breathe and try to block out the world.

I find that no matter how I try to describe this to non-concussed people, they just don't get how bad it can be. Everyone here, unfortunately, knows first hand how bad it can be.

Like noise sensitivity. Some days, I can be around lots of noise and fine. Some days even the sound of the air conditioner is intolerable. It makes me feel crazy because of the wide range. Is it normal?
