Hi Sandel,

I wish I could answer your question. I had found the article in the LA Times and knew it would be a good post for the W/C site as well as for the Ca injured worker to read.
I don't know if they used the AMA guidelines to determine their rates?
I wish you the best of luck in BC Canada.
