I read in bed. I have done so since I can remember.
I read newspapers and magazines sitting up, tho.
Seems I can concentrate better when my body is relaxed.
I am also very nearsighted and bed is closer up to the book.
I use pillows to support the books and usually lie on my side. Some books are hard on my hands. (carpal tunnel)..but I can usually prop them up somehow
