Saw the neuro yesterday. He reminded me that he had tried to get me one a different drug in Sept., but I refused. I reminded him That I attempted in Dec to get off the drug I was put back on & it wasn't working & should be removed & refused. Needless to say we were a couple of cats & dogs.
He read very little, did have his receptionast make a copy of my past hospital fling & a "veeg" in the hospital will be set up. He knew I had been given some ativan Friday by my family Dr. I think that purturbed him a bit. He said Ativan is only a band- aid, so why didn't he either ship me to the ER to stop it is beyond me. He didn't read very much of my info & I bet he had no idea that my family Dr. called to make the appt. Friday after he saw me. Hemade it sound like I was begging for an app't to annoy his day.
Needless to say, after the veeg I will be sopping for a reliable one. Better where comfy shoes. )
My in-law printed & faxed a more thorough explanation, but he may never see it.
