I put them pretty much anywhere that feels tight or painful. Neck, shoulders, thoracic outlet, chest, ribcage, arms, legs. They seem to work well anywhere I can make them stick. I really don't have any pain-free days, but it's better than it used to be, and my range of motion has improved a lot in the areas I've been using them on.
