I have noticed in your previous posts that you tend to overmedicate yourself by increasing doses arbitrarily. This is really dangerous and you should follow instructions on the OTC packages carefully, and also the directions on your RX labels carefully. Taking too much diphenhydramine is not wise, nor safe. The normal sleep aid dose of diphenhydramine when NOT taking ANY OTHER drowsiness producing drug (like your 2 RXs)
is 50mg. Many people can get by on 25mg if they are older in age.

I agree 100% with mrsD! Please be careful with the medications that you are taking, the dosages, and adding other mediations (OTC and prescription) you are taking. Some of the medications you are taking can cause serious, even fatal, interactions when combined together. Discuss with your dr other pain management options and possibly seeing a pain management specialist. MS does cause pain and it is a battle for many of us. Finding the proper combination of medications and other techniques is very important. I hope the MS clinic can help you get back on the right track.
