I know you're having trouble keeping things down, but please keep pushing fluids; dehydration will only make things worse, and can cause headaches in and of itself. Believe it or don't, chicken soup/broth is good for this for a number of reasons.
If your bf has the same thing as you, is there any way that you can isolate yourselves from each other for a short time? I don't mean moving out, but you may be reinfecting each other and breeding stronger bugs in the process. Separate sleeping accommodations, plenty of hand-washing, and possibly surgical masks so you're not coughing/breathing/sneezing germs back & forth at each other.
If the migraine is due to something other than the mutual crud you're sharing, it may be a " status migraine" (I've had those) which may require low daily doses of an abortive until it breaks (or other treatment). This is a matter to discuss with a neurologist, or better yet, a migraine specialist.
