Wish I could help. What you did is exemplary, but IME, he may not even look at them until the appt., so bring your own copy in case he "forgets", etc. Pencil in any add'l questions between now & then. Bringing spouse is excellent for notetaking, remembering, questions, etc.
I hope someone else comes along with the info you request (Hint: keep googling anyway
). Bottom line, you have veto power. I don't recall if there's a time imperitive due to your spine's condition, but if there isn't, and/or you need more time...
