There were some posts on the grounding mats and info, some of those might have related info.
I would look for a place you can test drive it for a few times, unless they have a good clear return policy if it does not help you..
I think some of these things may help, but so much depends on the individual person and such..
I tend to think soft tissue/muscle/myofascial pain would see the most improvements.
