I am sorry that you are having a hard time.

I have been on Lamictal and Keppra and they both dragged me down so much. It made life very difficult.

I take Zonegran now and it isn't quite as bad.

I work a full time job and have 3 kids. I am just VERY careful about my sleep. I know that I cannot function on less than 9 hours. I also squeeze a nap in on the weekends. B12 helps me too.

Some weeks are very difficult still but I have just accepted that life isn't going to be as easy for me. Everyone has their burdens I suppose. Lots of veggies and lots of water seems to help some. Making sure that I move around a bit make sa big difference too. It seems like all AEDS make me want to turn into a lump!

When it comes down to it though I really think that I only have the energy because I have no choice. There isn't a day when I wake up and have to convince myself that I can get up, get the kiddos up, make breakfast, get them off to school, go to work, come home and feed them and take care of them, and then do it all again the next day. Each morning when I wake up it seems impossible!
