Stacy,

I just replied to your pm.

The most important thing you can do is have a nutritious soft food diet planned ahead of time. Avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners, preservatives.... just eat fresh wholesome foods. Have ingredients to make veggie and fruit smoothies.... home made soups. This is where you will get the best nutrition to help you feel well and heal properly.

Start taking probiotics now and continue for at least 3 months post op..... longer would be even better!

Arnica.... definitely.... start 2-3 days ahead of the surgery date and continue for at least one week post op. I explained in my pm how to take that.

If anyone thinks of things they wish they had or had done prior to the extraction, please let me know. I do not have a big source for holistic or homeopathic items near my home, so I mat have toorder them.

Thanks!

Stacy
