I ask the question because every night I soak my feet in warm water with epsom salt. However, i noticed that my burning have becomes worse. It happens slowly that i did not even think of the warm water until recently, i took note that after the session, the burning is more pronounced and it will lessen when I apply the magnesium lotion. But the following day, the burning comes back. Could it be the warm water that makes the burning worse? I read from another forum the use of hot alternate with cold water has been reported with success from some patients. I haven't tried it.

I soak my whole body in Luke warm water for 30 minutes in my jet tub and it works very well for me at night to rest. I have found that hot water makes my nerves fire up so I keep it under 90 degrees. I also put a full cup of epsom salt in my water and light a candle and relax! Peace!
