There is no evidence of acute intracranial hemorrhage,midline shift or hydrocephalus. The visualized orbital contents are grossly unremarkable.

Impression: Left hemispheric signal abnormality which suggesting recent infarction. Peri-ictal signal changes is considered less likely. No evidence of acute intracranial hemorrhage,midline shift or hydrocephalus.
