I ask the question because every night I soak my feet in warm water with epsom salt. However, i noticed that my burning have becomes worse. It happens slowly that i did not even think of the warm water until recently, i took note that after the session, the burning is more pronounced and it will lessen when I apply the magnesium lotion. But the following day, the burning comes back. Could it be the warm water that makes the burning worse? I read from another forum the use of hot alternate with cold water has been reported with success from some patients. I haven't tried it.
Lukewarm water is what I use. Any water that's hotter is not good - at least for me. I never use hot and then alternate with cold water either. Never. Lukewarm and that's it.
