Hi Cedar,
I work 36 hrs. a week during the school yr. and in the summer months I work 20 hrs. a week. Often when I get really tired after I get home and sit down and relax. I've found that the more active I am then I don't feel so tired but take my word when the weekend comes I always end up taking naps. Just like you I catch colds very easy and that's because my AED's can lower my white blood count so my body isn't able to fight off infections. I've learned to take vitamin B12, vitamin C, along with multiple vitamins and minerals everyday and this has been a great help to me.
Have you had a blood test done resently? You might want to have your Dr. check to see if your anemic, this could be the reason why you feel so tired. This has happened to me a few times from my AED's so my Dr. put me on folic acid 1mg. a day and that was a great help. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!

Sue
