I'm sorry Allanira that you are enduring even more pain than normal and I hope for you and your baby that it ends up being nothing.
You and only you know exactly what your body is feeling and I would certainly trust your gut instincts on this, rather than trust an on call OB.
Regarding CRPS I don't think this does really matter much in the scheme of things right now.. only during delivery should you have a C-section would this come in to play. What does matter is keeping your stress down for the effects this causes on your baby and secondly for your increased pain from CRPS. Can you find a quiet place to relax for a little while to see if it helps?
