The judge usually doesn't tell the applicant at the hearing whether they plan to approve or deny them, unless a bench decision has been arranged........

So, don't be discouraged because the judge didn't say anything.

Try to have trust in your lawyer. Usually, if a lawyer has any doubts at all, he would not be so encouraging. He wouldn't want to risk your anger if he were wrong.
