Pardon me Vrae wanted to offer something for RSD-Renee because of the ibuprofen/advil use.

RSD -Renee - you might want to consider asking your doctor about Celebrex for the inflammation in your joints. It helps with arthritic pain and inflammation and doesn't have the same issues like long term use of advil or ibuprofen. Obviously any of those drugs has the potential to cause problems but celebrex seems to be the safer of the bunch and specifically helps those with arthritic bone changes/pain/inflammation. I have been on it now for 2 years without any side effects.
