Now this is a thread I can get in to. I started traditional Thai massage over 3 years ago and I consider it part of my on-going therapy. At that time I could not lift my right arm higher than my shoulder without pain. Call me crazy but it helped immensely. I am toying with the idea of going to Thailand next year. My daughter went last year and loved it. caution, skill of the therapist and technique are critical. I live in So Calif where there is a massage parlor on every corner or in every strip mall. Try a few till you get one you like
