I've recently started studying one of my old science courses again from my degree, to help with the pain. I find the concentration, although more difficult now, is a good distraction, and pushing myself to do it makes me feel more like my old self.

I would say go for it if you can. The more things you give up, the more time you have to struggle with CRPS. I can't really describe it, but I would say don't give anything up unless it a) makes your condition worse, or b) makes you feel bad about yourself. Some stuff you just can't do.....when that happens, you have to walk away and find an alternative

Good luck, whatever you decide.

Bram.
