We need all the hope and encouragement we can get. I for one am glad they are working on this, it gives humanity another avenue of therapy which may end up helping someone, somewhere.
If you have done any reading at all about PD, you should know that you can live decades...many folks here are living proof of that. I would never be so bold as to try to predict what brilliant minds all over the planet might accomplish, or when. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt...it's only our lives we are talking about
