I have had those feelings and think the tingly and burning pain are rsd.
The naseaus bloated and gassy pains for me are other things, but I had them when I was pregnant too. (20 years ago). I felt dizzy when I was pregnant too near the end of it because my blood pressure went up. My dr had me lie on my left side until it went down and then I was fine.
You may want to tell your dr about your symptoms. It may just be from your pregnancy and rsd, but I would let your him know anyway. I hope you feel better soon. Have a good night my friend.
