I agree with Mark, researching on the internet isn't going to do you any good, it is only going to increase your anxiety levels. I used to do it, and the reason? Because nobody could give me any definate answers and my symptoms kept coming, going or changing.
In my case when I had PCS, balance/dizzyness issues resolved in about a month for me.
I still have very faint low level tinnitus, once or twice a month. So in my case, yes, within time they got better.

PCS following head injury November 2012. Experienced dizzyness, light and noise sensitivity, hypercusis, fatigue, insomnia, migraines, facial pain, problems concentrating, irritability, sensory overload, exercise intolerance.
Symptoms mostly resolved, working full time and I am now mostly better. I wake 6am daily since my injury. Was experiencing daily Neuralgia which was controlled with Cymbalta 30mg, Lyrica 200mg daily. Now only on 30mg Cymbalta.
