Well it seems like you are doing all the right things to help reduce your symptoms.
And it's good you are seeing the doctor about that numbness in your gums.
As you say in your post things are much better than before, so that is really good to hear.
I notice things appearing now and again, but I try to remind myself they are no way near as bad as a year ago.
I found yoga and reflexology to be of great help, any thing that relieved stress helped.
Last weekend we had the Inlaws to stay and I completely freaked out prior to their arrival. I phoned my husband, who was playing golf to come home right away as I couldn't cope.
But now when I look back I can't believe I got so stressed.
So I think we just need to be aware of our triggers. But from what you say in your post it sounds like you are aware of yours .let us know about the numbness in your gums and how you get on, be interested to know what causes that.
