Have you tried some Tums? To me it sounds little like heartburn, which would also make you bloated and nauseous. The baby could be sitting on some nerve or blood vessel and making you feel that way. That last trimester isn't easy. I wonder if a chiropractor or massage with somebody who works with pregnant woman would help? Have you been doing yoga? That was my lifesaver during my pregnancy. I had a really bad third trimester, couldn't walk for more than an inch at a time, and yoga was the only thing I could really do to keep my body moving.
Look into home made electrolyte drinks. SO much better for you, there are a lot of options out there.
And I do feel tingly is many places. I get it in random places sometimes, like a spot on my face or chest, then it goes away. Tingly in my feet all the time, and my hands if I were not on meds.
