I have brachial plexus avulsion on one side and severe CRPS. I sometimes equate CRPS to migraine, due to the variation in severity of pain day-to-day, frequency of "intense" flares (every 30 second vs every 5 minutes), and occasionally completely incapacitating nature. I don't have hyper-sensitivity to noise, but doesn't surprise me that you might.
