I can see that my wrist is crooked without the xray, and my dr never showed me the xrays he took after break. I still may get another xray from another dr just for my own reference, bui it doesn't matter anymore for me anyway. Although I had other drs (hwo were also lawyers) think that the closed reduction may have triggered my RSD, their expert witness said the orthopedic dr still met the "acceptable level of care". And I can't seek another lawyer, because my statute is up. I just wanted to let others know, so that they were aware. I don't want this to happen to someone else if I can help it.
The statute is two years in NJ. I waited too long to seek counsel in the first place, but was dealing with so much other stuff with my rsd, that I was too overwhelmed to do it sooner. Anyway, I hope you'll be okay and I'm sorry you got rsd too.
And the Giants are playing Eagles today, (and loosing again), so not to worry. The Cardinals are safe! Take care and thanks for your advice.
