The statute is two years in NJ. I waited too long to seek counsel in the first place, but was dealing with so much other stuff with my rsd, that I was too overwhelmed to do it sooner. Anyway, I hope you'll be okay and I'm sorry you got rsd too.
And the Giants are playing Eagles today, (and loosing again), so not to worry. The Cardinals are safe! Take care and thanks for your advice.

Oh how I hate that phrase they use "acceptable level of care"!
I want to yell back "My wrist is mangled, and I have a claw hand now! I don't think that's acceptable!" the Dr. promised me I would be back at work keyboarding as usual within 3 weeks if he did the surgery.
