Those are pressure points, and that response is fairly normal. I know, because I am having deep tissue massage for some pretty tight muscle/connective tissue/nerve bundles right now, and that happens all the time.

As for the rest of your symptoms, you really need to have a good neurologist diagnose you, rather than Dr. Google or anyone on a support web site like this. We are patients just like you, and because no two individuals even with the same diagnosis have the same symptoms or prognosis, it would be reckless for anyone to give you a diagnosis.

The central nervous system is a wonder when it works . . . and a mystery when it doesn't. Getting a diagnosis can take time, but I would recommend getting a start. The good news is as of January your symptoms will no longer bar you from getting insurance, so I would begin the sign-up process as soon as you can. And let the physician(s) you see know of your financial status. Perhaps you can find one who will do only what you can afford until you are insured.

I hope you get an answer soon, and that life turns around for you.
