That's probably not helping you any, and it's partly my frustration in being at a loss. I'm not even sure of a direction to suggest, and that bothers me. Maybe some folks in other forums (than headache) have some ideas/insights. Dentistry & Dental Issues seems obvious, but in doing a quick search of the archives for temporomandibular joint tmj quite a few other forums come up.
Maybe there are some ideas here? tmj biting cheek
Maybe a call or two to your doctors to convey that you need some help/guidance in getting through this(?)

found a dentist we have to drive a hour away from here or its 2 hours from here but my bf is willing to drive that far if they can help me they said the dentist will see me and see what he can do if he can help if not then maybe send me to someone who can help me.
but when I told my bf I got the apt and how far it is he said so he will drive that far so I can get this taken care of. I go next Monday ill update when I get home if I can
