Thyroid test came back within range. I didn't check figures as I was feeling too low.
Have ordered ALA/benfotiamine supplement from Amazon.
Probably need magnesium as I have an annoying arm twitch now..

I've been signed off work for another month with stress. Neuro appointment in November seems a lifetime away. I probably won't even have any testing done, it will be more of an evaluation session I assume.
