I had one in AZ, it's about quality of life and that's awesome you have one. Anyone with RSD who lives in areas where there is snow and ice. Glad you have that Renee. Here in NM you pretty much have to be unable to walk without some sort of assistance to qualify for handicapped parking access. I get the feeling if they were loose with their regulations in this state, 1/2 the population would have handicapped parking.
