Hi yes I suffer with this also.
In restaurants I wear ear plugs so I can still have a conversation but they help to block out the back ground noise.
Still can't go into TGIFridays though, so noisy there.
I also find stores that play music in the back ground are still to Loud for me , so I avoid them or take my ear plugs.
Some days are better than others though.
I'm sure things will improve for you. As I have noticed a slight improvement over time.
