I just had a 5 hour Nero test done and it was very frustrating. Any advice and is it normal to have it revisit 6 months later just because of stress?

My initial questions: Did you have Neuropyschological testing completed? When will you receive the results?
If that is the Neuro test you mentioned above, then they are testing you to determine if you had a traumatic brain injury. Once I was diagnosed with a TBI, the first thing the Doctor did, was send me for Neuropyschological testing.
Stress will cause your symptoms to re-appear.
I strongly recommend the following:
MRM BCAA+G (watermelon flavored). At the very least, you should buy one bottle. At the very minimum, you need to take 1 scoop per day in water (shake well). That one bottle will last you 66 days. If you can afford it, buy two bottles and take 2 scoops a day (morning and night). That will last you a little over two months.
You need to give it at least 2-3 months...
I have been taking the BCAA+G for nearly 1 year (one scoop per day, more or less on a daily basis). Four months after I started taking the BCAA+G supplements, my second battery of Neuropyschological testing came back with significantly improved results. Even my PCP commented to me last week, that he wanted to know what I had been taking, as the change from the previous year was drastic (in a positive way).
There are reference materials that cite BCAA's as being beneficial for cognitive improvement after a brain injury. I fondly refer to the BCAA+G as my brain food.
Worst part: Not a great flavor. Mix with apple juice if needed.
Best part: Helps your brain and it will not interfere with any medication.
Cheers!
PS. I am NOT a Doctor. I suffered a TBI in 2010, and I have used nutritional supplements to significantly improve my recovery. I will happily provide any links to I have related to cognitive improvement and branched-chain amino acids, if requested. Or, you can just Google it.
