How do you feel when you wake up ?

If you feel disoriented, you may be having episodes of apnea, stopped breathing. I struggle with Central Sleep Apnea where my brain stops telling my diaphragm to take a breath. Mine is related to an upper neck injury from my head injury.

It is not uncommon for episodes of sleep apnea to cause waking up during the night.
